We provide a comprehensive range of Extruder Gearbox that is fabricated as per ISO: 9001 standard and has also received certification by ‘DET NORSKE VERITAS’. These are made using close grain cast iron and are in integrated with double reduction parallel shaft horizontal models that have hardened and ground gears in double reduction. It meets the requirements of single screw extrusion process. The twin screw Extruder Gearbox is capable to transmit the high torque required for pressuring and plasticizing modeling materials. It also helps in absorbing high axial thrust load through built in spherical roller thrust bearing. Our range of Extruder Gearbox is widely used in the plastic industry.

Features:

• To prevent oil leakage and dust entry, shafts are mounted on precision bearings
• Shaft extension are fitted with spring loaded rubber seals to prevent out flow of oil
• Helical gears and pinions are flank ground which ensures accuracy and noise free running
• Lubrication system is self contained by automatic splash (Recommended oil is of viscosity grade ISO: VG – 320 with EP additives)
• Standard gear units are cooled by normal heating dissipation through convection/ radiation from externally exposed surface (Built in cooling coils are provided on demand)
• Units may be operated in either direction of rotation
• Casting surfaces are painted with linear epoxy primer
• Alkyde semi gloss blue color painted external cast faces, thus resistant to dilute acids, alkalis, oils & solvents, sea water and temperatures up to 145^o C.
